Successfully Communicating, LLC (SC) was founded by Heather R. Keller, Ph.D.— “The Communication Doctor.” Since 1995 she has dedicated her career to helping employees develop their communication and management skills. Dr. Keller designs and delivers customized training programs in the areas of leadership development, interpersonal communication, emotional intelligence, team building, business writing, presentational speaking, change management, conflict resolution, supervisory skills, customer service, and cross-cultural communication. From consumer goods and finance to government and technology, the benefits of her programs span across industries.

 

Heather’s platform and presentation skills have been further honed through her collegiate teaching experience. For ten years, she developed and taught communication and management courses for several universities at both the

MBA and undergraduate levels. Professional Communication, Global Leadership, Training and Development, International Organizational Behavior, and Managerial Communication were among some of the courses Dr. Keller taught. She has served as a faculty member for Ohio University, Capital University, Hocking College, Columbus State Community College, Ohio Dominican University, and Franklin University. 

 

Heather graduated from Ohio University with a Ph.D. in interpersonal communication with concentrations in organizational communication and

cross-cultural communication, a M.Ed. in university administration with an emphasis in organizational behavior, a B.A. in psychology, and a B.S. in interpersonal communication.

 

She has worked with senior leaders, middle managers, and entry-level employees from a variety of organizations including:
