Our ISD process is always customized based on YOUR specific organizational needs. Often our approach includes analyis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). This leads to high-quality organizational tools and instructor-led training materials that are grounded and professional while at the same time are:

SC incorporates the principles of Adult Learning Theory into every tool designed. For your organization, we will develop materials that are:

A Closer Look at ADDIE:

 

  • SC will analyze your specific needs, assess the current skill-level of your employees, determine your desired goals, and identify existing skill gaps.

 

  • Based on the established learning outcomes, we will systematically design the content, exercises, activities, assessments, take-home tools, and other supporting materials.

 

  • We will seek input and feedback through organizational experts, leaders, and focus groups — modifying the existing content as needed.

 

  • SC will implement your new learning initiative through a Train-the-Trainer (T3) program and/or other applicable avenues.

 

  • We will evaluate the success of the learning initiative from multiple angles. We'll get immediate feedback from the the learners regarding content and applicability, and we'll collect future feedback from the learners and others regarding real-life workplace application and behavioral change.
