How will Professional Coaching help me?

Working with a Professional Coach can lead to a more gratifying work life as you focus on honing your communication skills to enhance your workplace relationships and strengthen your organization. It can help you identify your strengths as well as your opportunities for growth, effectively resolve conflict situations, better understand others at work, better understand yourself, remove any barriers to success, and establish clearly identified action steps for successfully accomplishing your goals.

Do I really need a Professional Coach or can I just do it myself?

Chances are you are a very motivated person — which is what has led you to explore the path of Professional Coaching. It's not uncommon for people to try their hardest to achieve their goals, but it is common for them to not be fully aware of what may be standing in their way. This is when a Professional Coach comes in to offer an unbiased and objective perspective regarding patterns, behaviors, and habits that may not be readily apparent or understood. Many people find themselves to be more proactive, dedicated, and efficient when working with a Professional Coach as it provides the opportunity for them to better realize their potential with absolute support and encouragement along the way.

How long do people work with a Professional Coach?

To experience the full benefits of a Professional Coaching Program,  making an initial 3-month commitment is recommended. Based on your specific learning needs and goals, you and your Coach will determine how many sessions are optimal. At the end of the three months, you will have the opportunity to evaluate progress and discuss options for continuing your Professional Coaching Program.
