WHO IS COACHING FOR?

Transforming Lives...

“Every aspect of this was wonderful. I was referred by fellow co-workers who loved it. I have learned a lot. I enjoyed it all. It is something I could use today! Thank you!”

“Heather was GREAT!  She brought a lot of value.  I am impressed with her knowledge base and her ability to communicate so well — A++!!!”

“This is great and should absolutely be a part of our organization’s [mandatory] training curriculum.  Heather is very knowledgeable on this subject, and was motivational. I look forward to more.”

“Heather clearly has a thorough command of the subject matter. Very knowledgeable. Overall, I loved it. It was a great experience. Thank you!”

“She was very thorough despite the content being difficult. She helped the difficult parts to be clear and understandable for the young and mature.”

“Everything was great! Dr. Keller was professional and clear. I could tell everyone was impressed.

Examples were genuine and enlightening. Will recommend to fellow coworkers.

“Heather is very knowledgeable. Plus she has a speaking voice that doesn’t bore — there is laughter about things discussed.  I will use the information I learned in the office, in school, and in day-to-day life.”

What happens in a Professional Coaching Session?

Each Coaching Session is customized to meet your specific individual learning needs and aspirations. As you begin your coaching journey, you will:

  • Determine your goals

  • Discuss what you want to accomplish and why

  • Evaluate your commitment

  • Create a detailed plan outlining your steps for success

Throughout the coaching relationship, you may be given assignments to help direct your progress, gain further clarity into your behavior as well as the behavior of others, and implement your finely-tuned action steps. As you work with your Professional Coach, you'll have the opportunity to acknowledge any obstacles, explore alternate perspectives, and celebrate successes.
