The Communication Doctor also served as a faculty member for 10 years for some of Ohio's finest universities where she taught communication courses for both MBA and undergraduate programs.

 

Heather earned a Ph.D. in communication from Ohio University as well as a master's degree and two bachelor's degrees — all focused on building people and strengthening organizations.
